To reserve an email date on the broadcast calendar, please fill out the form below. To help better accommodate everyone’s needs below are some helpful tips for scheduling your emails:
- Review the Email Broadcast Calendar prior to picking a date
- There is a 4 email send maximum per day
- Reserve your date 2 WEEKS PRIOR to your actual send date
- *FOR CVENT EVENTS: reserve your invite send date at least 5 WEEKS prior to the event date.
- If your desired date is greyed-out, this means EITHER the date you selected is at maximum capacity OR you have not selected a date within the 2 weeks prior. If there is an issue in scheduling, please reach out to Brittany Jokela, Helena Shaw, and Nick Darling for assistance.
